With a broad generalist background across strategic and operational HR initiatives, Dee brings high-level consultancy skills and business partnering experience across the HR function providing advice and coaching in operational HR, Industrial Relations, Investigations and Mediations, Performance Management, Change Management, Organisational Development, Recruitment & Induction, Cultural Engagement programs, Outplacement & Career development services and WH&S. Further, Dee implemented Health and Wellbeing Programs with a high success rate. Dee’s qualifications include Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with Charles Sturt University.
