Amy Drylie Director
With over a decade of experience leading Human Resources and operational functions across mining, logistics, government, financial services, construction, and the not-for-profit sector, Amy brings both strategic insight and practical execution to every engagement. Supporting clients across Brisbane, Geelong, and the Eastern Seaboard, she delivers commercially focused HR and Industrial Relations solutions grounded in hands-on experience within complex and fast-paced environments.
Amy is known for her calm, practical, and highly responsive approach. She works closely with business owners and leaders to understand their workforce challenges, operational pressures, and growth objectives, delivering tailored support that is realistic, commercially aware, and aligned to the way businesses actually operate. From the boardroom to the frontline, Amy remains hands-on and focused on creating practical people solutions that support both compliance and performance.
Her expertise spans workplace investigations, mediation, organisational change, whistleblower governance, employee and performance management, workplace wellbeing, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives. Amy also supports organisations through HR compliance audits, Fair Work and National Employment Standards (NES) reviews, policy development, and the implementation of practical HR frameworks that strengthen operational consistency and leadership capability.
With a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management), accreditation as an IECL Organisational Coach, and extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, Amy combines academic credibility with practical, outcomes-focused support. She is passionate about helping leaders build confidence, accountability, and strong workplace cultures that support sustainable business growth.
Amy also partners with organisations on organisational design, workforce planning, and outsourced HR partnership models, providing trusted end-to-end HR expertise without the overhead of an internal HR function.

Dee Price
With more than 20 years of experience across Human Resources and People & Culture, Dee brings deep expertise in organisational transformation, leadership capability, and strategic people management. Having worked across industries including health, banking, financial services, telecommunications, logistics, automotive, aviation, tourism, and research and development, she offers a broad and commercially grounded perspective to every engagement.
Her experience spans Australia and the Asia Pacific region, including significant exposure to Japan, and she has successfully supported organisations through complex change including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, organisational design, and culture transformation initiatives.
Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Dee works closely with leaders and teams to create practical people strategies that improve culture, strengthen capability, and support positive business outcomes. She is passionate about helping organisations navigate change with confidence while fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces.
Her expertise includes leadership development, organisational change, employee and workplace relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture improvement programs, and training facilitation. Dee is also DISC accredited and enjoys facilitating workshops and speaking engagements that build leadership confidence and team capability.
Dee is CAHRI Accredited, has a Bachelor of Arts and Post Graduate Diploma and has a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Outside of work, Dee enjoys travelling, facilitating workshops, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. She also speaks Japanese and values building genuine, positive relationships both professionally and personally.

Kaitlan Collis
Kaitlan joined the HR4Business team in April 2026, bringing global Human Resources experience and a strong background in people operations, talent acquisition, and leadership support across fast-paced and evolving business environments.
With experience working across international teams throughout the Asia Pacific region, Kaitlan has developed a practical and people-focused approach to Human Resources, supporting organisations through workforce growth, employee engagement, and operational change. Her background includes working with global organisations, where she has partnered closely with leaders and teams to deliver responsive people solutions that balance both business outcomes and employee experience.
Kaitlan is known for her collaborative style, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to create positive and engaging workplace experiences. She is passionate about supporting leaders and employees through practical HR guidance, while helping businesses build strong, connected, and high-performing teams.
Her expertise spans employee experience, recruitment and talent support, people operations, stakeholder engagement, workforce coordination, and leadership support. She enjoys working closely with businesses to simplify people processes and deliver practical solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Karen Betts HR Consultant
Karen joined the team in 2023 and brings extensive experience across recruitment, human resources, and marketing. With more than a decade of experience working across the civil, social services, and technology sectors, she has built a strong reputation for connecting organisations with high-quality talent and helping businesses build capable, sustainable teams.
Karen is known for her approachable and relationship-driven style, taking the time to understand each client’s operational needs, team dynamics, and long-term business goals. She partners closely with organisations to deliver recruitment and workforce solutions that are practical, aligned, and designed to support sustainable growth.
Her background as a Search & Selection Researcher refined her strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring candidates are not only technically suited to a role, but also aligned to the culture, values, and direction of the organisation.
