From the boardroom to the frontline, she remains hands-on, responsive, and focused on building strategies that work in practice, not just on paper.

She also conducts comprehensive HR compliance audits (including Fair Work and NES obligations), policy reviews, and delivers ready-to-implement policy packages to improve compliance and operational consistency.
With a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management), accreditation as an IECL Organisational Coach, and extensive experience as an investigator, Amy brings both academic credibility and practical rigour to her work. She is passionate about developing leadership capability through coaching, training, and practical tools that build confidence, accountability, and behavioural consistency.
Amy supports organisations with organisational design and future-proofing, helping growing businesses scale sustainably with the right structure, capability, and culture.
